Instructions for Presenters

Oral Presentations:
All authors were notified of oral presentation acceptance via e-mail (check your spam if you didn’t see yours!). If you asked for an oral presentation – you got one!

Oral presentations should be in Widescreen 16:9 format. We encourage presenters to upload their talks onto the central computer in the relevant room prior to your session starting. MS Powerpoint and Chrome (i.e. internet) will be available. If you prefer to use your own device please ensure you bring any relevant adapters (for HDMI only) as these will not be provided. A laser pointer and microphone will be provided.

Session chairs will be very strict on time – so please keep to your allotted time slot and prepare your talk accordingly!

Poster Presentations:
All authors were notified of poster presentation acceptance via e-mail (check your spam if you didn’t see yours!). If you asked for a poster presentation – you got one!

Posters must be portrait format and no larger than A0 size: 841 (width) x 1189 (height) mm.

Poster sessions are Monday and Wednesday. You will be allocated to a particular session once poster submissions close (31 December) and advised at that time when you need to set up and take down your poster. Velcro will be provided.
